Cadet staff run the encampment and are responsible for getting basics to graduate.

Executive Staff consists of four people:

• Cadet Commander
• Cadet Deputy Commander
• Cadet Executive Officer
• Cadet Command Chief Master Sergeant

Command staff consists of ten people:

• Cadet Commander
• Cadet Deputy Commander
• Cadet Executive Officer
• Cadet Command Chief Master Sergeant
• 2 Squadron Commanders
• 2 Squadron First Sergeants
• Administrative Officer
• Standardizations, Evaluations, and Training Officer

Line Staff consists of 17 people:

• Cadet Deputy Commander
• 2 Squadron Commanders
• 2 Squadron First Sergeants
• 6 Flight Commanders
• 6 Flight Sergeants

Support Staff consists of 11 people:

• Administrative Officer
